400 meter swim @ Frank Brown

10 mi bike @ Cobb Rd

4K run @ Pier Park

LIMITED TO 120 PEOPLE

Must be 13 years or older

Individual leg: $15.00 each

All 3: $40.00 (under 17 yrs $25)

This race is not like one you have participated in before. Each leg of the race will take place in a different location with 45 mins from the last finisher to the start of the next leg. The swim will start is at 7:30 am at Frank Brown Park. The Bike will start 8:45 am on Cobb RD (across from the First Baptist Church). The Run leg will begin at 10:45 a.m. at Pier Park by the Grande Theater. Awards will be given as follows:

• 1^st place overall for participants in all 3 events male and female- 17 yrs and below, 18-39, 40 and up
• 1-3 place in each event male and female- 17 yrs and below, 18-39, 40 and up
